For your convenience, Fairfield Fire Rescue has developed this web site to allow companies to download inventory forms and/or submit information electronically.
To submit your annual update, please complete the next 3 steps.

2. Review your companies information for additions or deletions. Type the information into the spreadsheet and save it for future updates. If your organization already has this information in a different electronic format, please contact Fairfield Fire Department.
3. Save your organization's information under your company name. You may copy the spreadsheet file to disk or submit it by an E-mail message. Information being submitted by E-mail should be sent as an attachment to ffrhazmat@iname.com. Please put your company name, contact person and phone number in the body of the message.
Upon receipt of new or updated information, a member of the Fairfield Fire Department will contact you to verify the information was received and is correct. For directions on how to attach files to E-mail, see the help section of your mail program.
